While our industry has many celebrated love teams such as Kathniel, Jadine and the now-rising MayWard. Here are some whose chemistry didn't quite come through. 

1. James Reid and Devon Seron 

Both of them are Big Brother's alumni. Their love team came to a halt when James left the Philippines. When he came back, he was paired with Nadine. 

2. Miles Ocampo and Inigo Pascual

The child star and the child of celebrated actor, Piolo Pascual. They were paired on the daytime soap 'And I Love You So' but sadly, their love team didn't last. 

3. Enrique Gil and Julia Montes 

Can you imagine Enrique Gil with some girl other than Liza? A big no? This Kapamilya star was actually paired with Julia Montes at one point. Sadly, it didn't fly. The two were immediately paired with some other stars and we all know how famous they are now. 

4. Xian Lim and Erich Gonzales

Before Kim Chui and Daniel Matsunaga, these two were a love team. They worked in Katorse, but just like most stories of early love, theirs didn't last. 

5. Julia Baretto and Kenzo Gutierrez

Kenzo who? He was actually a housemate in Pinoy Big Brother. Julia has been in several experimental love teams, including this one. Now, she is paired with Ronnie Alonte and Joshua Garcia. 

6. Matteo Guidicelli and Jessy Mendiola

Sarah Geronimo's beau also got his chance to jump on the love team bandwagon with the controversial pairing with Jessy Mendiola. However, this love team lacked the kilig factor to continue.
